Information Stored Locally on Your Device
ChessFury stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:

If you are signed in to iCloud on your device and iCloud is enabled for ChessFury (the default on iOS), the locally stored data listed above is automatically synchronized across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit framework, stored in your personal iCloud private database.
- This data is stored in your private iCloud container. We (the developer) cannot access, read, or modify the contents of your iCloud private database.
- Apple processes this data in accordance with the Apple Privacy Policy.
- You can disable iCloud sync for ChessFury at any time: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → ChessFury.
- If you disable iCloud sync, the app continues to work with local-only storage on the current device.
Information Collected Automatically
We use third-party services to improve app stability and understand how ChessFury is used. These services collect anonymous, non-personally-identifiable data:

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to fix bugs and resolve crashes, monitor and improve app performance, understand aggregate usage patterns to guide product development, and ensure the app functions correctly.
We do NOT use your information to sell your data to third parties, build advertising profiles, identify you personally, send you marketing communications, or make automated decisions that significantly affect you.
